Arash AF-10 First Official Pics
The first images of the Arash AF-10 supercar have been popping up around the net today and all i can say is wow.
The AF-10 will be powered by a 7.0-litre LS7 GM V8 with 550bhp at 6000rpm and 475lb ft of torque at 4800rpm. This Corvette based power plant will propel the new British upper car to a top speed of 205mph, although no official performance figures have been released so we can only imagine what the 0-60 time will be for the final car. With all of that power at your disposal stopping will be handled by 380mm ventilated front disc brakes with eight-pot AP calipers and 362mm discs with six-pot calipers.
Like many supercars that have been designed over the last few years, the AF-10 takes weight saving very seriously with pretty much the whole car being made from carbon fibre, giving the new Arash a very light but very stiff body.
All of this spec doesn’t come cheap however with a price tag of £320,000 the Arash AF-10 will be competing with some very impressive cars. Will the new US powered British supercar become the next koenigsegg? I sure hope so.
